Do you have a balcony? Then you need the 18 ft. Balcony Beer Bong! I think this thing holds three beers and has an on and off valve. They say you can use if off roofs, but I would probably fall off and die. Make sure you get a hose clamp for the valve otherwise it might leak. The look on your friends face will be priceless!
